OBJECTIVES AND SPECIFICATIONS:
– A confocal and a fluorescent microscope for the measurement of fixed cells or live cell imaging. This microscope has a spectral detector that can detect fluorescence in multiple wavelengths.
– 3D reconstruction of organoids, 3D printed cellular vessels and sub cellular organelles.  FRET technique for measuring molecular interactions on a nanometer scale

– Carl-Zeiss LSM 710 Confocal Microscope (with UV laser and 458, 488, 514, 561, 633 nm laser units)
– Carl-Zeiss Live Cell Imaging Microscope Axio Observer.Z1 with CO2 and heated chamber temperature control, Illuminator HXP 120 V, a Colibri7 LED light source and an Axiocam503 camera for excitation and emission of multiple fluorescent wavelengths.
