The LignoNANO Platform, led by SUNUM, conducted a strategic company visit to Karel Kalıp Sanayi A.Ş., a Research Program Partner, on November 12, 2025, as part of the project “Development of High Value-Added Flexible Conductive Materials from Lignocellulosic Biomass and Their Integration with Plastic Injection Techniques” with the participation of LignoNANO Platform Members. A strategic target-focused company visit was conducted at their facilities on November 12, 2025.
The meeting was attended by SUNUM Director Prof. Alpagut Kara, LignoNANO Platform Research Program Manager Dr. Yılmaz Şimşek, Karel Kalıp Deputy General Manager Ali Diri, and researchers and project partners from various institutions and organizations involved in the Platform. During the meeting, presentations were made on studies focused on lignin, lignocellulosic materials, and flexible conductive materials. New project and collaboration opportunities in line with strategic goals, future R&D investment plans, new projects, patents, and lignin-focused areas of joint work were evaluated.
