B – How Can I Become a SUNUM Employee?

SUNUM, in line with its impartial and fair recruitment policy that approaches everyone equally;

  • Determines the position needs, publishes the advertisement on the relevant platform (Kariyer.net, LinkedIn, Euraxess, our corporate website…).
  • Conducts its first interviews usually online, and its second interviews face-to-face.
  • Subjects appropriate candidates to objective tests, measures their suitability for the team, institution, and position with a personality inventory assessment.
  • In the final stage, conducts reference checks from at least 2 people, and applies an English test when necessary.

Our HR Philosophy

Training and Development

It supports its employees to increase their satisfaction, talent, and productivity with technical, professional development, and personal development training, especially orientation training.

Orientation

It provides orientation training for all newly hired employees to learn the company’s corporate culture, the department they will work in, the internal functioning of the company, and to get to know their teammates.

Performance System

The researcher bases the evaluation forms prepared by considering the goals and competencies required by the position on the basis of technical and administrative staff categories. The feedback process starts in the specified period, and employees and managers exchange their mutual evaluations. As a result of the evaluation, new development areas are identified, and the basic outputs of the employees’ work performances, development areas, strengths, and career maps are determined.

Campus

It is located in Tuzla, 15 km east of Istanbul. The campus, which covers an area of ​​1,317,581 m², consists of three sections. At the top of the campus are dormitories, a health center, a communication center, and faculty members' residences. In the middle of the campus, the faculties, the President’s Office, and the university center are positioned in an inverted U shape. At the bottom left of the campus are a gym, a performing arts center, a football field, a lake, and a running track. The main cafeteria, which has a capacity of 900 people, is located in the University Center. In addition, Akbank, a kindergarten, and many cafes offering food alternatives provide services on the campus.
