The SUNUM Team met at the Strategy Application Workshop on February 25, 2026, as a follow-up to the Future Design ARAMA Conference held on December 30, 2025. During the sessions, SUNUM researchers and administrative staff participated actively. The “SUNUM Way” approach was re-evaluated from an implementation perspective, and roadmaps have been developed to accelerate the process from design to commercialization. The workshop, which was also attended by our part-time researchers from Sabancı University's Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, developed recommendations for making the value chain from the laboratory to the market more agile, measurable, and sustainable.
At the workshop, multi-dimensional discussions were held on stakeholder development and capacity-building activities carried out under TEAM-NANO. The evaluations conducted have been contributing to strengthening SUNUM's institutional capacity and to laying the groundwork for new collaboration models in line with TEAM-NANO's objectives.
