NanofabUK 2026, bringing together leading research infrastructures and networks in the field of nanofabrication, was held in London from August 19–21, 2026.
The event brought together representatives from research institutions and nanofabrication networks from different countries. During the event, Prof. Alpagut Kara, Director of SUNUM, presented the TEAM-NANO project, which aims to transform SUNUM into a globally recognized center of excellence in nanotechnology and flexible electronics, highlighting the project's objectives and the activities carried out within its scope.
The event covered current applications and technologies in areas such as nanofabrication cleanroom processes, material characterization using SEM and FIB, electron beam lithography, photolithography, and process optimization. In addition, opportunities for new collaboration were explored through the sharing of knowledge and experience among international research infrastructures.
