As SUNUM, we have commenced our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System initiatives, which are among the core capacity development objectives of the TEAM-NANO Project and represent a significant milestone.
We completed the Core Training, the first step in our ISO 9001 journey, which we are undertaking in collaboration with Yöndes Consulting, on December 10. By placing customer focus, transparency, systematic management, and continuous improvement at the center of our work, we continue to strengthen our institutional capacity in line with European standards and Horizon Europe requirements.
As TEAM-NANO leaves its first project year behind, we will continue our efforts to increase employee and customer satisfaction, improve service quality, and produce sustainable, high-quality outputs.
