Last week, we had the pleasure of holding the 2nd Consortium Meeting of TEAM-NANO in Delft ??. Over two intensive days, we came together with our partners to review project progress & objectives, align on next steps, and engage in in-depth discussions on research components, capacity building, open science, gender equality, and innovation pathways from lab to market.

In addition to the formal sessions, we spent dedicated time at TU Delft’s Precision and Microsystems Engineering (PME) and Technology, Policy Management (TPM) faculties, gaining first-hand insight into research infrastructures, working environments, and best practices. These exchanges were extremely valuable, and the experience and know-how shared by our partners at TU Delft and the University of Southampton (UoS) will directly feed into TEAM-NANO’s development and SUNUM’s long-term growth and capacity-building goals.

Beyond presentations and workshops, the meeting provided a strong platform for technical co-creation, open dialogue, and strengthening collaboration across institutions. The project is clearly transitioning from its setup phase into a more structured and mature implementation stage.

A big thank you to all partners for their active contributions and commitment, and special thanks to TU Delft for the warm and generous hosting.

Looking forward to building on this momentum together
