Prof. Dr. Burcu Saner Okan, SUNUM part-time researcher and co-founder and CTO of Euronova, won the Second Place Certificate of Achievement in the pitching competition held as part of the I2DM Summit 2025, hosted by Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi.
Prof. Okan and Euronova have innovative approaches to sustainable advanced materials, nanoengineering, and circular thermoplastic composites. Collaboration with Khalifa University's Research & Innovation Center for Graphene and 2D Materials (RIC2D) team has both strengthened scientific output and increased the practical impact of innovations in the field of sustainable materials.
