  • Micro Vacuum Devices: Miniature Field Electron Emitter Guns (FE e-gun), Miniature Cold Cathode X-Ray Sources, Micro Vacuum Diodes/Triodes.

  • Novel Cold Cathode Materials/Structures.
  • Ball-Milling method for nanomaterial synthesis.
  • High TCR (Thermal Coefficient of Resistivity) thin films.
  • IR absorber thin films/structures.
  • High performance heat sink materials for power-transistors and other electronic components.
  • Nanoparticle based pastes&paints for thermal isolation, sensors structures, EM absorbers and smart painting/coatings.
