  • Neuromorphic Hardware: ReRAM
  • 2D Materials: Transition Metal Dichalcogenides (TMDs)
  • Electrical Interfaces: Interposer and Redistribution Layer (RDL)
  • Micro Vacuum Devices: Miniature Field Effect Electron Guns (FE e-gun), Miniature Cold Cathode X-Ray Sources, Micro Vacuum Diode/Triode.
