About Dicle Kocaoğlu 

Dicle Kocaoğlu completed her education as a Metallurgical and Materials Engineer at Yıldız Technical University and obtained her master's degree in the same department and school. Since joining Ford Otosan in 2011, she has held various positions. She began her career in the procurement department and was most recently appointed as the Sustainability Leader in October 2021. In this critical role, she is responsible for achieving the company's sustainability goals, prioritizing stakeholder expectations, evaluating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance based on sustainability indices, referring to sustainability indices, preparing the annual sustainability report, developing the sustainability communication strategy, and managing the processes of sustainability efforts. Dicle Kocaoğlusuccessfully completed the MBA program at Koç University in 2018.
