OBJECTIVES AND SPECIFICATIONS:
– Rapid prototyping with micron level accuracy using Stereolithography and 3D Printers
– Pre- and post-production of precise 3D microstructures systems using microtomography; Microimaging with 300 nm resolution
– Cell-based prototyping using a 3D Printer
– Fabrication of multi-functional and active nano/micro-structures to shape and manipulate cells for the development of 3D artificial tissues

– Production of mechanic, electromagnetic and biomedical systems using polymer-composite material systems
– Skeletal preparation for cell culture
– Use of artificial tissue and organ models instead of expensive clinical studies
