Quantum Transport and Nanoelectronics Laboratory at your service an SUNUM
The Quantum Transport and Nanoelectronics Laboratory is equipped with two closed-cycle cryostats (Oxford Triton 400 He3/He4 systems). These systems enable precise electronic transport investigations, encompassing measurements such as; I-V curves, resistivity, magnetoresistance, and the quantum Hall effect for various samples across a wide temperature (300 K – 10 mK) and magnetic field (0 T – 12 T) range.
