SUNUM Part-Time Researcher Assoc. Prof. Rükan Genç Altürk, led the project '' Eco-Friendly Synthesized Upconverting Fluorescent Carbon Dots as Bioimaging Tools for Cancer Detection and Diagnosis'', has been awarded support under the TÜBİTAK- Poland NCBR Bilateral Cooperation program. In the project, environmentally friendly synthesized upconversion fluorescent carbon dots will be developed as a bioimaging tool for cancer detection and diagnosis.
The consortium led by SUNUM includes researchers from Adam Mickiewicz University and NANOEXPO SP. Z O.O. from Poland and InitioCell A.Ş. and Izmir Katip Çelebi University Faculty of Medicine from Turkey.
